Good afternoon. I have been taking my 2004 Dodge Intrepid to Tire Central @ Southside Emerson for about 14 years now. The service, knowledge and helpfulness I receive remains outstanding.

Along with Chris Low, I want you to recognize Trysten Mohr as a very reputable, helpful, kind employee you have at this location. He always explains to me what needs to be done to keep my car running in top shape. As a female, that is a rare service to receive. I drive nearly 40 miles to take my car to them and I won't go anywhere else.

Please commend Trysten for recent services to my car. He is very knowledgeable and ever so kind over the phone considering I normally drop my car off due to the distance and we always have a good plan and understanding.

There's no better feeling to walk into that store and be recognized as "HEY CAROL!"

If you were to check my records of service at this location, you will see I have an outstanding reputation of repeat business. My Dodge has nearly 120,000 miles on her and she runs like a dream. All thanks to Trysten, Chris and their team for helping me take good care of her.

I just wanted to pass along compliments for your folks at the 86th street location. I ran over a pair of scissors on Saturday and needed a new tire. I walked into the shop right at closing time…possibly a few minutes after. The guys were done and cleaning up for the day. I fully expected having to ride around on the spare for the weekend, but Jerry assured me that it would not be a problem getting me in right away. In about a half hour, they had diagnosed that a new tire would be required, had it mounted on the car, and everything put back into my trunk like it was from the factory. It was Saturday afternoon at closing time. I am sure that every one of those guys had somewhere they would rather be, yet they were cheerful and eager to take care of things for me. I have told my managers to start taking our vehicles down there for service. If my first experience is indicative of how we are going to be treated, I won’t have any reason to go anywhere else. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I JUST WANT TO LET YOU KNOW THE EXCELLENT SERVICE I RECEIVE FROM THE STORE MANAGER TONY NOLTE,..AT THE FISHERS, INDIANA LOCATION. I E-MAILED HIM MONDAY EVENING, AND HE RECEIVED MY E-MAIL WHEN HE HAD SETTLED IN FOR THE NIGHT, IN HIS BED....AND STILL READ MY E-MAIL.. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS WORK RELATED...IN MY IN-BOX AT 8:17AM HE HAD A QUOTE FOR ME, AND WHEN I CALLED TO GO OVER IT WITH HIM,.... HE HAD ALREADY CHECKED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE TIRES, I WAS INTERESTED IN, HAD SECURED A SET OF FOUR, AS THERE WERE ONLY EIGHT, AND HAD SECURED THE WHEELS/RIMS I WAS INTERESTED IN AS THERE WERE ONLY 4 LOCALLY. I WAS JUST BLOWN AWAY AT HIS EFFICIENCY, AND FOLLOW THROUGH...I HAD EMAILED MY LOCAL GM DEALER FIRST ABOUT 2:00PM OR 3:00PM IN THE AFTERNOON ON MONDAY AS I WANTED FACTORY WHEELS/RIMS, AND ON TUESDAY BY 10:30AM THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED TO LOOK FOR THE PRODUCT I NEEDED....AND THIS IS A DEALER I SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH A YEAR,.... FOR OUR THREE OLDER VEHICLES...AND I HAVE A GREAT WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS DEALER. IT IS SOOOO NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE AND EMPLOYEE, WITH SUCH GREAT FOLLOW THROUGH AND PROFESSIONALISM... I WOULD LIKE TO RECOMMEND TONY FOR A MANAGER OF THE YEAR AWARD IF YOU HAVE ONE....TONY REALLY SOLD ME THE PACKAGE, BEFORE I WAS READY TO BUY, BECAUSE OF HIS WILLINGNESS OF WANTING THE SALE, AND HIS GREAT FOLLOW THROUGH.....HE TOLD ME THE TIRES COULD BE IN TODAY AND THE RIMS COULD BE HERE TOMORROW. HE IS A GOLDEN EMPLOYEE, AS WELL AS, ONE OF A KIND... I FELT LIKE I HAD STEPPED BACK IN TIME, TO WHEN YOU USED TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE...
